6 Components of Skill-Related Fitness

We have so much information to share with our students these days, it’s amazing! The bad part is it always seems like we don’t have enough time to get it all in.

I didn’t learn some of the concepts I’m teaching to 9th and 10th graders until I was in college. Sometimes I think we try to push a little too much, but then I remember, not everyone goes to college. They still need the information.

The hard part is not the teaching or the learning, but getting the students able to understand and apply the new information they have learned.

This week we are continuing with our #physed101 series. We are going to take a look at the 6 skill-related components of fitness.
